At Gomez Western Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots or apparel don't fit just right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boot boxes are protected inside a separate shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
