We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure boot soles are not scuffed and hat brims have not been reshaped to qualify for a full refund.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping at checkout for those who need their Western gear for an upcoming event or rodeo.
Do you offer hat shaping or customization services?
Currently, our online orders ship with the manufacturer's default crease. However, you can visit any of our physical retail locations for professional steam shaping and custom brim adjustments.
